We will send you confirmation for your classes by email once we have received your registration form.

We also have a cap policy at our swim school - all children aged 3 years and older must wear a swim caps for their lessons. The reasons for this is two fold as we have a problem with hair going through our filtration systems and pumps as well as that for children it can at times make it easier for them to swim if their hair is in a cap.

We have a good range of caps (in different materials to suit all our swimmers) and goggles available for purchase through our Little Makos Shop or you are welcome to bring your own to the lessons. 

Payment (There are Four methods):

1. Cash or Cheques (made out to Little Makos Swim School)

2. Credit card or debit card at the first lesson of the term. 

3. Credit card payment through our website here

4. Direct credit into our account:

   Please use your child's name as reference for your payment.

We have a strict payment policy that all lessons must be paid for by lesson 2 of the term unless by prior arrangement or we will withdraw children from classes with us. We do have the option of automatic payments over the term if this is an easier financial option for you and your family. You do need to contact Sarah at Sarah@littlemakos.co.nz to set up this payment option.

Privacy of Information:

The privacy of your child's data is important to us. We will not disclose or sell your child's data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Booking a Make Up Lesson:

We offer free make up lessons in the event of sickness or planned absence. These must be taken within the term booked and no refunds or discounts will be given for lessons missed.

To cancel a lesson and book a makeup in the Udio Bookings portal:

1. Under ‘upcoming Bookings’

2. Click on “Unable to attend”

3. Then click on “Confirm”

4. You will see the booking has been cancelled for the nominated day

5. Click on “Make Booking with Voucher”

6. Choose the person the make up voucher will be for

7. Select a make up lesson day and time

8. Then click on “Make Booking”
